Privacy
What data this site collects, what for and for how long.
Who answers for your data
Adrián Leiva, the person who publishes this site. Contact address: contact@pilotada.app.
What is collected and why
If you ask to start with your circuit through this site's form, four things are collected: your email address, the name of the circuit or organiser as you type it, the language of the page, and the date and time of the request.
They are used to answer the request you make, which is the step before a possible agreement, and for nothing else.
Your address is used first to send you a code, before the request is stored. The request is stored only when someone types that code.
This site and its request service use the network address a request comes from only in memory, to limit attempts, and do not store it.
Who receives it
The request reaches Adrián Leiva by email and is stored in a database the same person runs.
Three providers take part in that: one that sends email, one that hosts the site and one network provider, which sits in front of the server.
The server that hosts this site and stores the requests is in Germany.
The account with the provider that sends email is in that provider's European Union region.
For how long
A stored request deletes itself 12 months after your last request.
A deleted request can stay up to 14 more days in the backups.
The email that carries a request stays in the publisher's inbox until the request has been answered, and is then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, to correct it, to delete it, to stop its use or to be given it. You ask by writing to contact@pilotada.app.
If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
What is not collected
This site stores no cookies, uses no analytics and has no user accounts.
What you type in the circuit search does not leave your browser.
